the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Science in Health Education
from Nova Southeastern University, Florida. She is both a nationally-registered

Florida-licensed dietician. Laurie is founder and creator of NutriTutor™,
an innovative nutrition education system sweeping the country. Her broad
experience in nutrition assessment and medical nutrition therapy spans
the continuum
of care from hospital to rehabilitation and into the home. Laurie is
a seasoned educator to the general public, patients with therapeutic
requirements, college students, and health professionals. Her 30+ years
of experience in
teaching medical nutrition therapy to over 100,000 people are offered
