HOME MANAGEMENT
Home Management is about looking after your home and your family, in a way that ensures everything is taken care of according to your wishes. The Estate Keeper assists in managing your home, property, and belongings. You may need all or just one of the services listed. No job is too small.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Property Management is the daily/weekly/monthly oversight of residential property; providing day-to-day repairs, ongoing maintenance, security, and upkeep of the home, property, and premises.
The Estate Keeper offers the same care and services to 2nd or 3rd homes, and vacation homes, whether domestic or international.
Property Preservation Services are also available for vacant homes held in trust or foreclosure. The Estate Keeper maintains the interior and exterior of the home and property from falling into disrepair and keeping its value.
